I don’t really like bio’s – because it’s not about me that matters. It’s all about you – the client. Without homebuyers and home sellers, nothing matters.
The only thing that counts is you – what YOU want as a buyer or seller.
But, because this is a website and some people care, here is a little background on me:
I started my career in real estate during high school, assisting a top agent in my neighborhood with anything she needed, from getting her coffee, to running comparative market analysis reports (CMA’s). Then, I went away to college but always knew I’d be selling real estate in no time just like my successful neighbor. As soon as I finished college, I was off and running. While I was getting started, I also worked as a loan processor and as a customer sales representative selling mortgage prequalification loans. But, my heart was in real estate and I went out and passed my real estate exam after one year selling mortgages. I quickly excelled in selling homes to first time home buyers all over Orange County. Soon after, I began listing and selling homes fast and for more money than my clients expected.
Ever since I was around 10 years old, I would obsessively go to every new home site in Orange County and walk through the new home models. I knew that I would be re-selling these homes one day, so I made sure to study the neighborhoods, builders and different styles of homes. My expertise is being able to walk in a home and know the year it was built, the builder and how to get the most for the property. I also specialize in social media marketing. I have sold several homes from my facebook, twitter, instagram and even snapchat!
My greatest strength is my honesty with clients. I’m not in the business to make a quick sale, I’m in the business because I am passionate about helping people find their dream home, so that they can build lives in and feel happiness. I would rather my client not buy a home that’s not right for them than to buy a home they don’t love. I care a lot about each and every client and their best interest. My favorite quote is from Maya Angelou: “People will forget what you say and what you do, but they’ll never forget the way you make them feel.”
I love Orange County but recently moved to Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. I still market homes all over Orange County, but wanted to expand my business to include the exciting market in LA. I specialize in the Westside, areas like Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Brentwood, Westwood, West Hollywood. I have also done sales in Calabasas, Studio city, Downtown LA, Hidden hills, Encino, Sherman Oaks and other parts of the San Fernando Valley.
A huge accomplishment for me has been being an selected as Ambassador for Inman News (the largest real estate network) and speaking about social media marketing in front of thousands of people in San Francisco. Through this, I have met some of the most successful realtors in the world and even done business with some of them. My career sales exceed $30 million and the best is still ahead.
I am the managing director of Homegevity Realty, and our technology is the best out there. My clients love my website – they can search for homes, run values, and then call me to develop a game plan for buying or selling a home. The internet does not replace human beings. It actually enhances the homebuying experience by saving my clients time and money.
I love to give back to young women who wish to better their lives. I am very passionate in helping women overcome obstacles they may face in their lives that may be blocking them from reaching their full potential. I also am involved with JDRF and other meaningful charities. I grew up in Coto de Caza. I am an OC native but all my extended family lives in LA. I love being able to make a difference in people’s lives. For me, where I live is incredibly important to me so being able to help other people find the best possible home for them means so much to me and is my passion.
I grew up living New England style (father of the bride type homes) but I also love a nice Spanish style home. I love driving around Los Angeles and seeing all the homes built in the 1920s, especially in Hancock Park. Some of the Art Deco homes are my favorite. If only walls could talk! I am fascinated with history, especially with homes built in the Roaring 1920’s. My absolute favorite style now is the farmhouse and ranch style homes. There are so many! My top favorites are Beverly Park, Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills – near Rodeo Drive area. I also love working with clients in Brentwood and Bel Aire. In the OC, my favorite areas are Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. I also love the skater/surfer vibes of San Clemente and Dana Point. Everyone is just so laid back and cool in that town.
Okay, that’s enough about me, … let’s get back to you. After all, it’s all about the 3 Y’s of Real Estate – You, You, You.
Once I know more about YOU, we can turn our attention to the 3 L’s of real estate – Location, Location, Location.
